Preparation and maintenance of Race and Rally cars

We are Highly experienced in working with no limits, budget no object race machinery, having worked at FIA WEC, and GTWorld challenge level. including historic LMP1 and F1.

Our attention to detail all ways comes first, ensuring a quality product for the customer,

Whether your race car needs a service, crash damage repairs, engine rebuild, modification or a full nut and bolt restoration, it can all be done in house at JPR.

My rates for reference only:

£65 per hour for fabrication and welding

£55 per hour for maintenance

For extensive projects I run the customer to a day rate of £300 per day.

Our workshop is fully equipped with TIG, MIG, and braze welding equipment, allowing us to manufacture and repair a wide range of components. From custom wishbones, brackets, and mounting supports to chassis repairs and gearbox casing restoration, every project is completed with precision and attention to detail.

Carbon Fibre Manufacture & Repair

Whether you're repairing accident damage or developing a completely bespoke component, JPR provides professional carbon fibre manufacturing and repair services. We can produce replacement panels, create moulds for critical components, or manufacture entirely new carbon fibre parts tailored to your specific requirements.

CAD Design & Manufacturing

Using advanced CAD and CAM software, we can design and engineer bespoke components for virtually any application. Once designs are complete, we work with a network of carefully selected UK manufacturing partners for processes such as laser cutting, CNC machining, and specialist production. Wherever possible, we use British-sourced materials and ensure all manufacturing is carried out within the UK, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
